Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meridiar (the “Service”), a platform that turns text prompts into images using AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or sit inactive for an extended period — we’ll notify you first where we reasonably can.

3. Tokens and payment

Generating an image costs tokens. Tokens are purchased in packages shown on the pricing page and, once credited to your account, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for generations on Meridiar.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. Token purchases are generally final. If a payment succeeds but the tokens don’t reach your account, or a generation fails and isn’t refunded automatically, contact us at support@meridiar.com and we’ll investigate.

Prices may change; changes won’t affect tokens you’ve already purchased.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Meridiar to:

• Generate content that is illegal, or that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way — we have zero tolerance for this and will report violations to the relevant authorities.
• Generate content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, impersonates a real person without consent, or is intended to harass, defame, or deceive.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or content filters, or interfere with the Service’s normal operation.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service itself (as opposed to images you’ve generated, which are yours — see below).

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. AI-generated content

Images are generated automatically by machine-learning models based on your prompt. Results can be unpredictable, imperfect, or occasionally resemble existing works by coincidence. We don’t guarantee that any output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose, and you’re responsible for reviewing an image before you rely on or publish it.

6. Ownership of what you create

You own the images you generate on Meridiar, subject to the restrictions in Section 4. You’re responsible for making sure your use of them doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. Meridiar owns the Service itself — its software, design, and branding.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Meridiar available and responsive but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and occasionally a generation may fail for reasons outside our control — in that case, the token for that attempt is returned to your balance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meridiar isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the two months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; we’ll post the new version here with an updated date. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that materially violate these Terms.
